  • He completed general surgery residency at Çukurova University School of Medicine and he was granted the title “Associate Professor of Surgery” in 2018.
  • After being an observer in the Cleveland Clinic, Digestive Disease Institute, Department of Colorectal Surgery in 2013, he trained as fellow researching colorectal cancer, inflammatory bowel disease and minimally invasive (laparoscopic and robotic) surgery at the same department for 1 year in 2014.
  • He is qualified with Colon and Rectal Surgery Certificate by the Turkish Society and Colon and Rectal Surgery.
  • He was board certified by European Society of Coloproctology in 2016.
  • Member of the Turkish Surgical Association, The Turkish Society of Colon and Rectal Surgery, American Society of Colon and Rectal Surgeons, International Society of University Colon and Rectal Surgeons, and European Society of Coloproctology.
  • He authored more than 75 papers that are published in international peer-review scientific journals. Some of his studies deeemed worthy of First paper Prize at National Colon and Rectum Congress and National Surgiac Oncology Congress.
  • He has been invited as speaker more than 50 national and international congress.
