  • He completed his primary education at Galatasaray High School between 1994-2002.
  • He graduated from Trakya University Faculty of Medicine, where he received basic medical education, in 2008, ranking second in his class.
  • In 2014, he received fellowship training in shoulder surgery at the Shoulder Unit of the Centre Orthopédique Santy Clinic in Lyon, France.
  • In 2017, he successfully passed the Turkish Educational Council of Orthopedics and Traumatology (TOTEK) proficiency exam and became a member of TOTEK.
  • In 2018, he was elected as a member of the Editorial Board of EFORT Open Reviews magazine.
  • In 2019, he became a member of the Turkish Society of Shoulder and Elbow Surgery.
  • In 2019, he was elected as a member of the Website Committee of the European Society for Surgery of the Shoulder and Elbow (SECEC) and was appointed as the social media manager of the same association.
  • In 2020, he received the title of assistant professor at Koç University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology.
  • He has articles and ongoing researches on fractures around the shoulder joint, tendon problems around the shoulder, initial and recurrent dislocations of the shoulder, shoulder joint arthritis and frozen shoulder.
  • In 2025, he was elected as the president of the Digital Media Committee of the European Society for Shoulder and Elbow Surgery (SECEC) and a member of the association’s board of directors.
